Tried using twice

I followed the "14 steps" and I still have 31 failed-to-remove items. The scheduling tasks I need (more than one, but one in particular--defrag) back are still failing to repair. I will get a copy from the infected laptop and send the results file. Maybe that will help someone diagnose my mistake. Or?

Adding the list: (same on both scan)s

The tasks reported as ‘Task not installed’ are Windows 10 only tasks, and can be safely left alone, as described in the documentation here.

The tasks reported as ‘Task image corrupt’ should be fixed using the Windows7 download as described in steps 3 and 10 onwards. The most common error here is that it is important to select the zip file itself in the open folder dialog that comes up, and not the folder containing the zip file.

If this does not fix the problems, leaving you just 11 ‘Task not installed’ tasks, please post the log from the failed Repair.
